Kota Sri Mutiara Condominium Apartment for Rent on a Monthly basia

Announcement:
Kondominium Kota Sri Mutiara is now rented out for long term and is not available for daily rent.


The following notes were written previously and are for information wherever pertinent only:-


Kondominium Kota Sri Mutiara, Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra, Kota Bharu Kelantan is located in a 30-storey bulding above the Billion Department Store. The building is situated adjacent to the Renaisance Kota Bharu Hotel. It is in Kota Bharu town itself.
Each apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, Rented out as serviced apartment, fully furnished, air-conditioned and with cooking facilities. 

Other facilities include swimming pool for adults and children on the eighth floor, 24-hour security service, shopping centre just below the apartments, five-star hotel and dining next door, centrally located, near banks and other public amenities.
  

A. DAILY RENTAL
Apartments are for rental on a daily basis. The rental rate for an apartment is RM300.00 per night.
Booking is necessary to ensure that rooms are available for you on arrival. Any one who is interested to rent the apartments on a daily basis should first inquire for information and availability from Abdullah at telephone number 019 9800996 or email: abdulct@gmail.com

Reservations and Booking :-
1. Secure on-line payment via Paypal
Once you are sure (after enquiring) that there are apartment(s) available on the dates that you want, you may pay the deposit by clicking the appropriate "add to cart" button displayed on the left of this page. After doing so please inform me by telephone or email, to inform me how many apartments you would like to book, for how many nights and the dates that you want to stay at the Kondominium Kota Sri Mutiara Apartments.
2. Deposit into a Malaysian Bank Account:-If you are already in Malaysia at the time of booking, you may pay the booking fee deposit of RM50.00 for each night of intended stay to confirm your booking. The non-refundable booking fee may be deposited into my MayBank account that will be provided to you on request.

B. MONTHLY RENTAL

Apartment is also available for monthly rental, fully furnished. The rent is RM2,000.00 per month. A security deposit equivalent to a two-month rental is required in addition to a utility deposit equivalent to one half of monthly rental. The deposits will be refunded after deducting any outstanding utility bills or other costs. The first month's rent is also payable upon execution of the rental agreement.

Kota Sri Mutiara is located at the intersection of Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra (Sultan Yahya Petra Road) and Lorong Merican (Merican Street). You may see it on this interactive map by Google. On the map you may choose "Map" or "Hybrid" mode. You may need to enlarge the map, move it up or down, left or right.

Arah Jalan Ke Kota Sri Mutiara;

1. Laluan Kuala Lumpur>Kuala Lipis>Gua Musang>Kuala Krai>Machang>Kota Bharu:-

Kota Bharu terletak kira-kira 50 km dari Machang. Apabila tiba di Kota Bharu, anda akan melalui beberapa lampu isyarat. Apabila melepasi lampu isyarat di persimpangan dengan Jalan Telipot (sebelah kanan) dan Jalan Kota Darulnaim (sebelah kiri), teruskan ke lampu isyarat di hadapan, ambil lorong kanan. Sebagai landmark, di lampu isyarat ini anda akan nampak pusat beli belah KB Mall di sebelah kiri. And belok ke kanan di lampu isyarat ini ke Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra (ke arah Pasir Puteh). Teruskan perjalanan dan apabila hampir dengan lampu isyarat yang ke DUA (ke 2) anda akan nampak Hotel Renaissance dan pusat membeli belah Bilion di sebelah kanan. Di lampu isyarat kedua ini, belok ke kanan. Sepuluh (10) meter dari lampu isyarat ini ternampak tempat letak kereta di sebelah kanan dan sebelah kiri. Anda boleh buat pilihan:-

1.1 Tempat letak kereta di sebelah kiri tiada bumbung. Pejabat pegawai keselamatan (di mana anda akan mendafar masuk dan ambil kunci apartment) terletak di Bangunan Kota Sri Mutiara bertentangan dengan tempat letak kereta ini.

1.2. Tempat letak kereta di sebelah kanan ialah di B1 (basement 1) dan B2 (basement 2) dan mempunyai teduhan. Sekiranya letak kereta di sini, sila berjalan kaki naik semula ke Ground Floor (street level) dan pergi ke pejabat pegawai keselamatan terletak bersebelahan dengan pintu masuk ke tempat letak kereta tadi untuk daftar masuk dan mengambil kunci apartment.


2. Laluan Kuantan>Kuala Terengganu>Jerteh>Pasir Puteh>Kota Bharu.

Kota Bharu teletak kira-kira 50 km dari bandar Pasir Puteh. Apabila tiba di Kota Bharu, ambil jalan menuju ke Pusat Bandar. Kira-kira 5 km sebelum tiba di pusat bandar Kota Bharu ialah pekan Kubang Kerian. Di sini anda akan melalui Istana Negeri di sebelah kanan.Bila tiba di lampu isyarat di hadapan ambil laluan mengiring ke kiri ke pusat bandar. Teruskan perjalanan melalaui beberapa (4) lampu isyarat hingga anda nampak bangunan tinggi 30 tingkat berwarna merah jambu (pink) di hadapan anda di sebelah kiri jalan (Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra). Belok KIRI ke Lorong (Jalan) Merican apabila tiba di lampu isyarat di tepi bangunan itu (Bangunan Kota Sri Mutiara dan pusat membeli belah Billion). Sepuluh (10) meter dari lampu isyarat ini ternampak tempat letak kereta di sebelah kanan dan sebelah kiri. Anda boleh buat pilihan:-
